Good movie w/ bad acting

I enjoyed the movie, and was freaked out quite a few times but I thought that the dialogue between Calista & Dr Marcus was awful. It was almost like a soap opera at times and felt very fake to me. I DID like the movie though and thought the setting was amazing.
