When I saw that lady putting the metal devices on I wenched, and when it showed her weird creepy face it freaked me out. Plus she had some scary titties too.

I agree, Samara from the Japanese version of the Ring was way creepier. Climbing out of the TV like that is at least a top ten iconic horror movie scene, maybe even #1 for the last decade or so. Nothing in this movie comes close to that.

Even if I don't think this is a good movie, in terms of actual look of the ghost.. I've not seen many that could compare to this one.
For me, the scariest images in The Ring were the faces on Samantha's victims, and her eye...
But the face of this ghost > The Ring and The Grudge.
