God, who hated the mom??

It's common for the mom to be annoying, bug them about grandkids, etc. And for the mom and dad to kinda pick on each other, the mom more than the dad, but in a kind of loving way. But god, she never left him alone. It wasn't funny; I don't know if it was supposed to be. But at the end, when Rachel said "it's over" and immediately she said "good!", I just lost any positive feeling I had for her. I don't care if it's hard for her because she's not used to gay people, or whatever other explanation. She was just nonstop awful.

I didn't care for her period. She's 30 years my senior, miserable, unattractive a royal pain in the sack. Hell, I'd date Luce's mom 50,000 times over before Rachel's. The Rachel parents aspect of the story didn't really do much for me. I'll tell you my life's like that when I'm hitting 55, I might as well quit while I have something to look forward to when I get up in the morning.
