I used to watch Talk Soup waaaaay back in the early 90's and have seen some episodes of this. Are they supposed to be the same show? I realize there are less Talk Show clips now and more reality show clips but I just assumed that was because there were no (or very few) reality TV shows when Talk Soup was on and there was an over-saturation of talk shows.
shareYeah. There was a guy who started the show (funny comedian; I can see his face now but can't remember his name at the moment!) and then it gave way to Aisha and then Joel came on.
shareGreg Kinnear was the first host and then John Henson took over I think. After Henson left, I kind of quit watching until McHale took over.

I forgot that Kinnear was there for some time. :)

That's when I first started watching the show.
I ran into Hal at SFO airport a few years ago and had a slight fangirl moment.

Awww...I love Hal Sparks. I remember I thought Kinnear was funny, couldn't stand Henson, and then there was Sparks and he was so cute! But he wasn't on long. Maybe one season? And then Aisha Tyler came on and she's okay (better than Henson!) but I felt like the quality went way downhill.
