Al Pacino

Al Pacino is going to play in the last 4 episodes of kurtlar vadisi
his character is not yet well-known
there are 13 episodes left
i think al pacino is a bad guy in this program

reply

where did you get that info from because i really doubt it. its like imposibble. turkish tv probably couldn't afford Al Pacino to appear in Kurtlar Vadisi

reply

its the biggest *beep* i have ever heard of... why should he play in this stupid tv show? forget it.. its impossible. we must first learn to produce better tv shows before spreading nonsense like that. wake up people! i think if pacino plays in this tv show then it will become somehow famous in the world... famous for its stupidity. this tv show should stay unknown in the world... for our own benefit. heh :)

reply

Well basically this show can... It is rumored that the tv station that airs the show gets around a revenue of 6 million dollars per episode just from commercials, with the money from sponsors that might go upto 7 million dollars per episode. Basically because of this show most shows on Thursdays are cancelled or moved to other days by national Turkish TV channels. We are talking about a 70 percent share for this show. Thus we can comment that Turkish TV might be able to afford Al Pacino. But seriously I think that this will not be a good move on Al Pacino's behalf (I would love to see him in this show but still it does not look like a particularly good move).

reply

I would question the comment about this move being a smart one or not. Don't forget, Pacino said "I would have been no where without you" to the producers and directors of Angels in America. He seemed kind of blank. He seemed like he forgot all his previous success with the God Father series, Scarface, and countless other movies he became to be the Al Pacino we know. In my (and many of my friends') opinion, he buried himself with those remarks. So any move would be a good move now!

reply

I would have to call B/S on your comment. Turkish TV can afford Al Pacino. They afford to pay worthless models/singers $50K per appearence, and they are all over the place. The show is about 45 minutes long without commercials. With the commercials it's more than 1.5 hours, so they do have the money. Will they spend it? I don't know.

reply

if i say what am i think about this program it will be that; this is best tv series which i watch in my life. this is better than the godfather, better than the face off better than the titanic _as a love story_.. so if al pacino have a role in the movie it doesn't chanege anything for the series. but al pacino learn something about the have role in real mafia movie..

reply

one of best tv shows in turkey may be but can not even be the "movie mistakes" of godfather!! al pacino or robert de niro is said to be playing in the last episodes as the top guy who can be named as the "baron of all" and will have a personal conversation with polat alemdar as the baron of turkey.. (from tempo magazine..) I don't think it is necessary but it will be something new to give role to an actor as known as these two..

reply

al pacino and robert de niro bombs are blown up ehehe :D , from al pacino's agency about al pacino and krtlar vadisi relation : "this is a merely rumor and there's absolutely no truth to it"

reply

you'll see,he's gonna play in the last episode
why?
because he like that kind of maffia roles
he's over the 60 and it's his last chance to play a role as The godfather(again)
and the final thing is that he's gonna play maybe 15 min just speaking with the head charachter,,so why he don't
you will see

reply

As the producers of the KURTLAR VADISI - IRAK CEHENNEMI movie announced neither Al Pacino nor De Niro agreed to take a role in the movie.

reply

al pacino had rejected
billy zane is coming in his place
that's not bad

reply

just make you ready for the finest maffia movie ever
no joking,no laughing
just real maffia rules
osman sinav is the man
irak is the game

reply

it is certainly true, the film "kurtlar vadisi - ırak" will be one of the best mafia movies in the world.. wait and see..

reply

Good Job , turkish producers successed to persuade Sharon Stone and Andy Garcia play for Kurtlar Vadisi's last two episodes.

hello all, turkish news stated today that the movie (or maybe the final shows)were being taped in LA (california). I know for a fact that production companies must be hired for this process and a permit from the state & county must be obtained. All permits filed are public information which leads me to the question, where can one find this info? anyone with info please email [email protected] thanks
