Does anyone remember this one segment?

I remember watching one segment a long time ago that always stuck with me. It had something to do with how it was legal to have sex in public in some city (maybe even country) in europe. They show a couple having sex in the street, phone booth (im not too sure about this one), but the part that left me amazed was an escalator! I remember them just going up having sex, with groups of people staring at them on the opposite escalator

anyone happen to know which episode its from?

I'm not sure what episode it is, but I remember seeing it. The city they were in was Prague. I think it was aired in '97 or '98.

I remember that one, they were supposedly in Prague, but public nudity and public sex is illegal there as well as everywhere else in the world, so I'm thinking it was fake.

Actually at the time of filming there probably were no laws about public nudity and sex. At present maybe there are anti-public sex laws now but I seriously doubt about public nudity. It's Europe after all, not to mention some Asian countries too.
