Subtitled for the hard-of-hearing?

Is the "All Aboard!" DVD subtitled for the hard-of-hearing? If so, which languages?

If not, well, why not? :-)

Thanks.

P.S. Here's a great database for those wondering if a DVD may or may not have subtitles (it's a British-based endeavor so the DVDs are mostly Region 2, but most DVD releases are basically the same except the coding for different regions):

Yes, there is Closed Captioning on that show, but some songs are not captioned.

Cheers and have fun.

Thank you, tulku, but Closed Captioning isn't the same as Subtitling.

One must have a "special" television, DVD, or VHS player - one that displays C.C. - in order to view Closed Captions.

Subtitled DVDs can be displayed on practically any DVD player, which makes them more accessible to more people that are Hard-of-Hearing (or anyone that wants to watch a DVD without the volume up as to not disturb others around them). :)

Thank you, though.

Just curious -- I thought that nearly ALL televisions produced in the last ten years or so could display closed claptioned programming.
