Pa Kua / Bagua massively understated

I noticed that the internal martial arts were nearly missed altogether. Tai Chi had a vague mention, and Pa Kua had a brief demonstration with that Chinese cook guy. They didn't even cover Hsing Yi / Xingyi Quan. These internal martial arts are far more impressive than most of those covered in the series and I'm surprised they couldn't spare some time for them.

I received my DVD of the series this morning, and it says "series 1" on the front, which implies there may be a series 2. If there is I hope they will consider this truly kick-ass internal martial arts in it.

The episode I watched last week here in the UK (sorry, don't know which series) carried a demonstration of Dim Mak.

It's called "Kiai".

what did he say, I remember he metioned that the teacher of the interviewed master used Kiai to kill birds using his voice cords!.

I think this needs to be trained in a very strange way. You must able to control all muscles in using such a technique to perform maximum results and affects the water tissues in your opponent body that will cause him to go down.

Self-defense is only an illusion, there is no such a complete self-defence.
