Just saw it last night at the Stony Brook Film Festival on Long Island (NY) and LOVED it! (http://stonybrookfilmfestival.com/) If you liked this film try to find "Elles étaient cinq" (2004) called "The 5 of Us" in U.S. showings. It is a French Canadian film (in French with English subtitles) and it also deals with adult women trying to come to grips with their past in different ways. I'm not sure if it has ever been distributed since I saw it last year at Stony Brook but if you have the chance to see it at a festival seek it out!
