My art teacer in goshen is the art director of this movie...hes awesome. I want to see thi movie now. I might go to the premier of this and Lonesome Jim down in Indy.
shareI'm from Elkhart. Just wondering, do you know where exactly they shot the scenes in Goshen? And the scenes for Lonesome Jim in Goshen and Ligonier? Also, parts of Con Air were filmed in Goshen and Elkhart. Any clue as to where these scenes were shot and which scenes they were? Thanks!
shareI do know of them shooting at or around the church SW of Goshen at the corner of CR 38 and CR 17. I'll try to get more information for you from my friend who taped some of that particular shoot (his own, not the cameraman for the movie).
sharedave kendall just shot a movie downtown goshen not to long ago for his own movie about a boy and his courdaroy pants, he said pearl diver will probably be shown at the churh downtown goshen sometime soon. other than that i dont know, school out. i want to se this flick though and lonesome jim.
shareI know that the Hospital scene was not filmed in a hospital, but in a nearby Emergency unit... They just had a shot of the Hospital Sign
shareI do know that some of the filming was done a my Grandmothers farm in Goshen, its located out on C.R. 142 between CR 13 and CR 15 on the south side of the road. It is know as "The Shelly Farm" and has been in my family since it was built over 100 years ago.
