Now I'm not familiar with the salaries of high ranking veteran cops
of the LAPD though seriously could Capt. Jack Wander really
afford that beautiful home with pool in the Hollywood hills? Now
I know that he was on the take big time having stashed away all
of his huge cash bribes in one wall of his home. Though can a
police captain in today's LAPD really be able to afford such
a lovely and expensive home?

Well your probably right, but towards the end he was saying to Ludlow he had dirt files on all the influential players in the police department including the Chief and we find out earlier on, Biggs himself, so really, who's left to complain about Wander.🐭
