Movie is coming to select theaters and DVD

Hi everyone,

I spoke with Ronnie and wanted to relay some exciting information for fans of this movie!

West of Brooklyn will be distributed by OSIRIS and it will have a theatrical release in selection cities this summer. It'll be available on DVD late this summer.

A trailer will be out soon with some terrific artwork for the promotion of West of Brooklyn.

I hope everyone here who has seen the film will tell all their family and friends this great news and show their support. See the film when it comes to your city and buy the DVD!

Here is a bit of info on OSIRIS:

Distributor Osiris Entertainment has acquired the 400-plus film library and key assets from Westlake Entertainment. The announcement came from Evan Crooke, founder and CEO of Osiris.

In addition to representing the collection for television and DVD distribution, Woodland Hills, Calif.-based Osiris will also earmark the titles for the company’s wholly owned and operated online movie download and purchase site, WebMovieNow.com. Established in 2008, the site lets users stream, download and burn movies.

“Our goal is to acquire the best films, and make the best movies we can, while empowering filmmakers to participate in a more sensible form of distribution than traditional methods,” Crooke said.

Heading up the Osiris distribution team are industry veteran Mark Carothers, along with the company’s VP of distribution, Heidi Meier.
