This film was good when it was called 'The Wedding Planner.'

What a ripoff.

Can't Denise get decent work?

C'mon.....

The premise is similar but the story is completely different. Don't judge that based on this movie. Read the book. If you like ChickLit then you will love this book. You'll might even change your opinion about The Wedding Planner being better.... :)

It's obvious that you've never watched this movie, then. Denise Richards's character falls in love with the groom's brother, not the groom! And Dean's character thought that Denise's character was getting back together with her husband; not that she was engaged. Also, there's the fact that the bride was cheating on the groom with his other brother ... which never happened in "The Wedding Planner."

If you're going to claim that this movie is a "rip-off" of "The Wedding Planner," you really should try to get the facts straight.

This movie is based on a book. I think the book was written before The Wedding Planner came out, but I could be (and probably am) wrong.

The book was released after "The Wedding Planner" (in 2003).

i actually think that this movie was better than the wedding planner.
more funny and the actors were way better.

it feels literary.

Can't people be a little more original instead of stealing ideas from other movies out there!! C'mon peeps!

Call me the minority but I love this movie. Definitely a chick flick though.

This was way better than "Wedding Planner". Besides, Dean Cain was not the groom to be, he was the grroms brother. I don't care if I never see wedding Planner again but I can watch this over and over.
