Cheap..

Television production, never released to theaters, it had zero promotion, especially in other countries. When it was first released on DVD it was quite expensive in the UK, now many outlets sell it for pennies. The same here in the USA, many retail prices of standard definition DVD titles drop at astronomical speed. The DVD market is going insane as standard definition titles start to plummet in retail price. Blu-ray is on it's way and it's changing the whole face of the digital world, including the marketing of older dvd stock everywhere.

Anyway, I liked the movie quite a bit but it's far from excellent. A simple plot with some fair comedic scenes. One of the funniest things about this movie is Love's ex-boyfriend, Joey Lawrence, portrays her gay friend in this movie.
