Inspired in La Riffa of Vittorio de Sica?

Some time ago I watched Boccacio 70´, and there´s a segment called La Riifa directed by Vittorio de Sica. Sophia Loren is the first prize of a lottery game in a feria, I´m wondering if someone has seen it?
It´s a very innocent film after all.

Bellucci is not won in the lottery in this movie - she is a prostitute and the male lead promises her a lot of money should she come live with him. This may sound like 'Pretty Woman' but it's actually more like Fellini's 'Le Notti di Cabiria'.
'La Riffa' - as far as I remember it - was straight, loud comedy - 'Combien' is funny as well, but on a more dramatic tone.

Yes, that sounds about right.
