I'm struggling with this one villain. I'm not sure what it's called, it's that bull-like monster in the room full of blood. How do I beat it? Is there some technique that I'm not using?

What I did was put it in SLow motion and locked on and made Rayne continually flip behind him. He blocks most attacks so getting behind him is the best way toi kill him.

A very late reply, but if it's of any use...
The easiest way is to stand against a wall. Let it charge towards you, and move at the last moment. It'll hit the wall and become stunned. Get in a few hits before it stands up, and go stand against another wall.
I found in easiest to do this in aura vision. Otherwise, he's pretty camouflaged against the blood.
