Why Don't these people ever....
allocate the money mostly for college? Some do , but a lot don't! I'd split it accoording to how many kids they have and give the parents some for debt in almost every situation...

I would give a little toward education and bills but I'd take notice of what was needed and allocate the money for those things.
I REALLY don't get the people who give the children $1000.00 each to go shopping...what are they, nuts?
