Is it just me?
Or this movie's plot is different from the one from mythology. In mythology, Zeus' wife, Hera tries to get rid of Hercules. But in the movie, his mother, Alcmene, is the one that tries to kill him.
Am I right?
Yeah, it's not just you. Apparently, the writers didn't wanna show Zeus and Hera, but instead, chose to represent them through their followers, Alcmene and her husband (can't spell his name).
