This film tried too hard to remake the remake

And it fails because of that. So many similarities in practically every level to the remake to the point that you end up wondering "what's the point?" Even the lead character is dressed up in a similar way to Jessica Biel's character in the remake. This was just bad, the remake stood perfectly on it's own.
