highly underrated horror film

I thought it was brilliant, was a great script when you suspend belief, some brilliant acting and it was very atmospheric.

Yes, it is underrated. The acting was very good and it was satisfying to see one of the victims fight back and beat the &^%&* out of the "sheriff."

this movie was better in ways than tcm 2003 as it was not as cliche [final girl survives] and more raw and brutal.
