A Damned Anacronism That I Can't Tolerate And Other Criticisms...

I'm from Ohio and grew up in the 80s and 90s. The only people I ever heard say "y'all" were West Virginians and I understood in the deep south they said that as well. I had never ever heard anyone say the nauseating phrase "all of y'all" until the rise of rap and I don't believe it's realistic to be used in California in 1971. Did they incorporate this just to appeal to the thug viewer?

Also, this movie is bursting with unrealistic drama. I believe if we had witnessed the real thing, this movie would disgust us by it's misrepresentation. I didn't buy that the people changed, to the degree that the movie depicted. And I think that Philip Zimbardo should have lost his license and be disrespected today, if this movie is even 50% true.

I didn't appreciate any of the actors or the script.

Agree 100% on Zimbardo. Not a fan of his wife either. She invalidated whatever good she may have done by not repudiating him, choosing instead to semi-validate his vile actions.
