If you could have an author write your life, who would it be?

I'm interested in knowing what people's answers are.

When you grow up, your heart dies.

That is a pretty interesting question. At first blush, I guess J.R.R. Tolkien.

I'm no expert, but . . . .

I was going to say Tolkien also. He'd give you a sense of honor, make your life have purpose, and surround you with beautiful scenery.

reply

Certainly Chuck Palahniuk.

Stephen King. That way at least I would live or die in an interesting fashion.

JK Rowling or Maya Angelou

"Do you even remember what you came here to find?"

reply

First, what a great question! Though there are many on my list, the first name that came to mind is David Mamet.

For me, it would definitely be Toni Morrison. I know the writing would be exquisite, powerful and magical.

Gillian Flynn definitely.

Kurt Vonnegut jr! I already feel like I am in a Kurt Vonnegut novel whenever I have a poignant random interaction with a total stranger - which unfortunately happens less and less since the invention of smart phones.
