All were filmed in a style similar to Nine Lives and are slice-of-life films about people who are down-and-out in various ways.
The Dead Girl (2006) is similar in the way it is broken up into parts and is an examination of characters and life (all female). I came to Nine Lives from a similar thread on The Dead Girl board.

Of those on your list, I've only seen two: Keane, which I liked a lot, and Wendy & Lucy, which is one of my favourite films ever. I loved Nine Lives as well. Which would suggest I probably ought to check out the other four! Thanks.
I would add Short Cuts to the list, as well as almost any Mike Leigh film (Another Year being a great recent example).
