why are gymteachers always evil?
Why is that?

No it isn't. Most gymteacher don't get that not all kids have the same love for sports as some do. Some kids are more into Science, Math etc. I was one of those kids, and my gym teacher i primary school made fun of me! Damn that *beep* to hell!

All the gym teachers I've had were very friendly.

Or actually, there is one that I had who was plain evil. He never smiled and now that I think of it, it almost seem like Woodcock was based on him. They have the exact same character.

I've never had a mean gym teacher, but you always hear about them. Maybe they just take out all their anger on kids that can't defend themselves, because those who cannot do, teach. And those who cannot teach, teach gym.

Yeah, I think you're on the right track there. They must be really competative otherwise they wouldn't have got into sports, but they musn't be very good which is why they ended up teaching. Basically they're bitter and end up taking it out on the kids. I'm sure there must be some nice ones out there... but I've never found any!
