does anyone know where could I find english subs for this movie??I'm a big fan of "Submission" and I'm looking forward to see this

How can you be a "fan" if you did not understand what the movie is all about? In fact, you even do not need sound to watch the movie. Don't waste your time.

You are right. I mixed up submission and 06/05. Well, that said pretty much about my opnion on van Gogh and his films isn't it?

I'm not sure there are any other subs than the Dutch (which are real bad actually, since I just watched it with Dutch subs) and the French subs which are on the retail DVD. At least I hope for you there are English subs, they didn't just translated the bad Dutch subs...

There must be subs for this film, because every Dutch film is obligated to have English subs. This is because of distribution or something.. I don't know where to find them though, but if you want, I could translate the movie for you, in exchange of a fee of course =P

There are English subtitles on the DVD.

I got it from Netflix and it had English subtitles. I felt that they were a bit off, though. Any Dutch speakers watch it with the subs? (My Dutch isn't perfect, so I usually watch Dutch films with the subs.)

My 2 disc version of VideoMediaExpress is subtitled in French. The second disc contains bonus material about van Gogh and Fortuyn, and is not subtitled.
