i cant find this movie any where, has it been released yet?

This site says it will have a limited release on October 27, 2006

If you know where to look you can find it in the scene...
So wisen up people don't wait till the Greedy prop owners control you since they can't even trust their own people to hold under wraps until its released. LMAO

I found this movie on a warez site but did not download it. (I was just checking to see if it was out there.)

It's against imdb's rules to reveal ways to download movies illegally. (gets you banned) That's the way it should be......I admit, I have downloaded movies illegally but I think imdb should remain the way it is.
