I see Clancy Brown is credited as Lex Luthor in an episode called "Monster Con".

Clancy Brown voiced the commander of HAM (Humans for the Abolishment of Magic) - a secret government(?) agency that captures/kills/whatever magical creatures for racist reasons. His name isn't explicitly stated, but June calls him "Lex Luthor" when they face off. Overall my favorite ep for the frist season, mostly because I'm partial towards conspiracy theories and the like.

June calls him Lex Luthor as a pun, in regard to the way he looks.
