Juniper Lee VS. Jake Long

I know this is getting to be a tired topic, but I feel like I should point out the differences AS WELL as the similarities.

Competition clones come out all the time. Antz vs A Bigs Life, Sharks tale vs Finding Nemo. WITCH vs Winx Club. And while Jake Long came out first, I feel I should point out that production looks like it started second. The show looks more like it was thrown together after disney production studios got wind of Juniper Lee. Overall animation quality is lower. Disney is probably feeling a lot of heat, since Cartoon Network is doing so well [ 2 words: adult swim]

Similarities:

-Both main characters are Chinese-Americans who've inherited the task of safegaurding the world of magic.
-They inherited the responsibilities from their grandparent.
-They both have a wisecracking dogs with a funny accent and an annoying sibling w/ some type of power.

Differences:

-Juniper Lee is a bit easier to swallow. It takes itself much less seriously, and you don't feel as if you are expected to as well
-Juniper Lee takes chinese culture a bit more seriously
-Jake Long's dialogue is SO CONTRIVED. It seems like it was written by 50 year old execs who write all the characters "gangsta" because that's how kids think.
-For some reason a Scottish Pug is much funnier than a Shar-Pei from Brooklyn
-Ray-Ray is voiced by Kathy Soucie. 'Nuff said.
-Jake Long's character resorts to violence at the wrong times. He seems to just jump a monster who seems to be minding his own business.

All in All, I'd watch Juniper Lee. It's actually enjoyable.

Juniper Lee is a cute show.
American Dragon has awsome dragon characters in it.
Juniper Lee has a better dog then american dragon. Fu Dog just bugs me and Monroe is adorable.
The old episodes of American Dragon are a whole lot better then the new ones same thing with Juniper Lee.
All in all there both good shows but juniper lee is a lot better!!

What if June & Jake's show were combined? would that be freaky, cool, something a tv exec would do or should have done?

I'm just putting this one out there.
