Haha I'm guessing nobody actually reads this board, cos most people who watch the show are students like me. But to be fair I have to agree with the guy who wrote the review, the programme is load of rubbish, trying to put forward the view that being a property developer while in fact exposing the fact that most of them know nothing.
90% of the houses are 'transformed' by painting them and I've often wondered why they don't just do an interview with the former owner telling them that they could have added thousands of pounds to the selling value simply by painting it before the sale, then watching them cry. Saying that, there is the odd occasional interesting property where one particularly idiotic developer will buy a property without looking inside and will arrive there to find it has no floor.

All this programme does is demonstrate the ridiculous nature of UK property maret growth and now that mortgages are becoming less generous, while the house prices are stopping rising, I do wonder what will happen to such property developers. Oh and yes, as the review says this programme does effectively expose estate agents for their lack of knowledge as anyone who has spent any time with estate agents will know they love to BS.
