Cable Car?
Ok, at the begining of every Fosters, you hear a sound that sounds exactly like a cable car bell from San Francisco. I know it takes place in California. Is this a clue that it takes place in SF?

The climate and terraine are identical to Washington state, and several forum members on another forum spotted a familiar interestate sign in the episode, "Pranks For Nothing".
