I highly doubt Bendy was in anymore episodes - from what I've read the episode got a very bad reception because it was "unfair" (which it was, but that was the point) and the writer even had to apologise for writing it, which to me, wasn't really needed.
I agree that the episode was unfair, but I actually think that's kind of a good thing, I think it's good for kids to know that life isn't always fair, and sometimes the "good guys" end up losing in some way. I think it was a good way to show that.
