has anyone heard when this show is getting a dvd release just caught it recently and wanna get it on dvd.

I'll second koala's ebay recommendation. Search under DVDs and something will probably turn up.
It sucks that ABC never even aired what I thought were the two best episodes (the episode featuring Nan Burgess, and the episode with Stephen Baldwin). This show was fantastic.
I am really hoping for a Family Guy type comeback. They really need ot just relase eyes Officialy on DVD. Especially iwt hX-mas season coming up it would do rather well.
In addition, why not try eyes on a different night. Move it to a friday night slot or maybe even Tuesday nights, which other than House has nothing else.
That would be problematic, considering that the cast is all off doing other things now. Eric Mabius (Jeff) is Ugly Betty, Rick Worthy (Chris) is on Battlestar Galactica, etc. It's a nice thought, and I'd love it if it ever happened, but Family Guy is a lot easier to bring back since it's animated, voice actors are a little easier to replace. And it doesn't make sense to air the already-taped episodes on network TV because there's not pay off or realy hope of continuing the story.
At least ABC and whatever studio made it could make some quick cash.
