Network Botched 'Eyes'

This show caught my eye (no pun) back in Spring of 2005. It was a very slick action/drama with a great cast led by the engaging and handsome Tim Daly. As someone here noted, it was up against CSI. We know how well the CSI franchise has done. It's too bad that the network did not let this show find an audience. I remember watching a few shows and then saying where is it. Spring is not exactly the best time to launch a new show. The big networks have programmed audiences to look for new and interesting shows in the Fall.

If this show came out a few years later, it would have been picked up by a cable network. Cable networks have since become a bigger force in original programming.
