Did anyone else happen to notice that Slinkman acts and even sounds a bit like Smithers from "The Simpson's"? I noticed this in the previews and clips on CN.
shareyeah, I've noticed that too, the only difference is Mr. Slinkman isn't Gay cause they wouldn't do that on a kids show.

another difference is, is that slinkman is not dumb and evil like smithers is. he's a smart and nice guy.
shareYes, Tom Kenny has played many a few gay characters. No, they are all not gay-ex. Spongebob. Or, since this is the Lazlo board, Heffer. Cupid from FoP was so very obviously gay- so one can't go saying that cartoons can't be gay. And what's this with Stewie!?! Slinkman's not gay. Not yet anyway. You never know... Just wait till Dr. Dobson sees it.

This is very similar to Mr. Burns asking Smithers the name of Homer Simpson.
I guess Slinkman is a bit like Kif because he hates his job. It's just something in the way he talks... That dull, sort of boring voice and when he says 'Yes, sir'.
Hmm, some sort of combo of Smithers and Kif but in the form of a slug lol. =P
Oh, and I didn't mean Slinkman was like Smithers one hundred percent. There's no way he could be gay. Did you see the episode with the go-carts? He was all kissy his little imaginary girlfriends, lol.

yeah the voices are kind of similar, well...one of my friends said slinkman sounds almost like spongebob but a little older, or that he could be spongebob's dad.Weird,but true. And of course, strange how camp lazlo characters match up to spongebob and simpsons characters
