I just wanted to say how awesome it is that Heffer from Rocko's Modern Life made a cameo in the episode "Lumpus's Last Stand".

Heffer was the one who said Lumpus locked him in a room and stole his title as Scoutmaster.

You know it's Heffer because of the following exchange:

Lumpus: I'll get you for this, Cow

Heffer: Steer.

Just read about how they ended the show, sounds a bit twisted... I wish I had watched this show more consistently while it was on ^.^;;;
