I jumped at that, but even moreso at the scene when they are watching the video of the male psychic, and suddenly he pops up from below the camera and is all black. I was like what the hell???

Actually twas Hideki who saw her.
THAT WAS TERRIBLE. I couldn't sit still when this was shown on the screen of my TV set and turned my head away abruptly after a second or two. WAS REALLY TERRIBLE.
I have a confession to make.
I didn't see it.
I was watching it with my friend, and she kept saying "oh god, the face-less girls gunna pop-out. I betcha she's gunna pop out. Oh crap. Oh god."
So I hid under my doona...
