Ok could someone please help me. I am playing X-ML 1. I am stuck on the riots level where you have to save the mutants and defeat the sentinals. I only have three x-men left. Iceman,Jean Grey, and Emma Frost. This is very frustrating. I am on the last wave of sentinals. I need to kill 17 sentinals. please help me.
Every muzzle flash means another monster gone.
That’s a hard place you got stuck in with only 3 characters that aren’t much use. Iceman and Emma are crappy; Jean is good but not much use fighting a mental resistant robot. I say level your characters up in the danger room and you will hopefully receive some money stuff so you can then revive your other fallen x men.
shareYeah, the Danger Room saved my butt countless times. You can also sell some of your worthless crap to the healer to get more moolah.
shareI don't have any crap to sell. every time I sell my stuff I only get a couple hundred points. I need like 400 more points. But thanks for the help I'll try that danger room thing.

for this level I usually use cyclops, jean grey, storm and wolverine. Cyclops and storm have the power full attacks. (Optic Blast, Chain Lighting), Jean grey has the Phenix Force for power attack and the ability to fly if you have to escape fast. Finally Wolverine has the ability to heal and is good to have on the team if the sentinal has a resistence to enery projections.
shareWolverine saved the game for me in every single tight spot. With his healing power plus some speed and defence upgrades most of my x men would die in between the extraction points I would do most of the harder levels with just wolvie and no one else.
shareWhat I did was i had storm in my team (with a powerful-ish lightning attack) and once the sentinels attack i hid behind a wall or something like that and just attacked them and they went down soon, also wolvie did save my behind a lot too.

Jean and Emma's mental powers are useless against Sentinels. In that level, I used Storm, Wolverine, Nightcrawler, and Magma. They did a pretty good job kicking Sentinel butt in that level.
shareWhat I like about Wolverine is that I can switch to other characters and not have to check on his health often like the other characters.

I use jean against sentenals, i make her fly and punch them, while circling them so they can't hit me!
Jean is the best!!!
