Seriously, was this movie a joke?

Did Arnold know about this? I couldn't believe it. Seriously was this a joke or a strange dream I had? The actors playing Arnold were not only bad, but they looked nothing like him (and don't say they did they really didn't okay) and the acting was horrible!

Did any one notice the forced accent of the older arnold?

And the younger arnold, his lines were so dumb? What was his unhealthy obession with looking at Ferrigno in a bathing suit?

"I'm bigger, stronger, aha ha aha!"

"Looking good arnold"

"I want toast yum yum"

"Hello ladies (flexing his gyno peck)"

This evidence all points to a hideous joke against arnold from the democrats or whatever.

I think the younger Arnold was much better- and closer to the real thing- than the older Arnold. Honestly, the best actors in this movie were those who portrayed his political operatives. Then again, very few people know the real Mike Murphy. So accuracy on that front isn't essential.

LOL, so true :)

The only person who really impressed me was the actress playing Arianna Huffington. You got to admit, she got voice down right.

Young arnold wasn't too bad but the choice of old arnold was just terrible.

What stunk about the whole movie is that they were playing Arnie as the underdog, like some cheesy cinderella rags to riches stories.

This guy won competition on marvelous genetics, had the whole Muscle & Fitness Weider Corp promoting him and then the major Hollywood studios behind him. Never a poor-boy-sad-day in his life.

There was actually one scene where young Arnold was practicing English, and when he said "fantastic" it was actually pretty dead on.

There is an uncanny similarity between the accent of old Arnold and that of Apu (of The Simpsons)!

after the success of this film, i think they should have taken this on the road as a broadway show. everything about it was great.
