It is more of a documentary than a movie so expect a different pace and a different feel. And do not expect any form of tittilation. By the way, the version I saw did have a scene of a man urinating in a woman's mouth.
Meanwhile, could somebody tell me who was the man the girl, the one that had a lesbian nanny, was having sex with right after her virginity test? Was he her guest, husband or relative?

He was her beard, and for the purposes of the story that's really all you need. I dont' even think he had a name. She only *beep* him so her father wouldn't suspect Lydia anymore, or have her raped again.
