Okay, so I'm at the end of the game...
...and I just can't beat the Shadow Queen. Is there any way that I can get back to Rougeport and level up a bit?

If you were able to get to the Shadow Queen, I would recommend going back to the rooms in The Palace Of Shadow and fight with foes and get more level ups.
