Most annoying/hardest dungeon

Overall this is a pretty easy game, but it can still be difficult at times.
Which dungeon did you guys find to be the hardest/most annoying? I thought the Great Tree was really hard and confusing.

The hardest that always came to me was the final one, the Shadow Palace. And the one that's most annoying was Riverside Station (I'm not sure you can call it a dungeon, but I always consider it a dungeon, I don't count the train or the museum in the end a dungeon)

The Great Tree was also very annoying for me. Especially when the Punies fell of the side or something, and you have to go and get them, so you lose the ones you currently had, and blah blah blah... It was really annoying sometimes.

The annoying place was by far The Great Tree. I kept getting lost, losing punnies and so forth. It also didn't help that a foe would appear and bit me when I'm on the verge of frustration.

The hardest was The Shadow Palace, but the most annoying was The Great Tree (Chapter 2 is by FAR the worst chapter in the game).
