Ending Song

So there's a song that plays at the end when you know who is asking our main character what he's so surprised about. It's a song by Gordie Sampson called "Almost Beautiful".. Now after searching and searching, all I can find is Gordie's album entitled "Almost Beautiful", but not the song itself. And I have searched -everywhere-... Anyone have any clues where I can get this song? In the credits it seems like a normal display of information, however, googling any it proved less than helpful..
