"Making Waves" is charming and satisfyingly romantic. And clean. If rated, it would certainly merit a PG.

I liked the leads. Craig Henderson is handsome and likeable -- he resembles that other romantic comedy star, the one whose initials are H.G. but he speaks with not quite as posh an accent, and seems like someone you might know. Susie Benton is beautiful and believable. The only criticism I might offer is that the script could have added more conflict -- of the nonviolent variety -- to entertain us while we waited for that nice young man and woman to get together.
