OMF!

Were you watching it last night for the first time, too? I'm laughing because I gather you're a "He-Man" military guy from your nic. That makes your comment even more funny ...

I've posted a further repy to "someone's" post about penis size elsewhere here. (I think the name was "alex-something" ...)

Why is it that the size of the penis of a man whom you don't even know fascinates you enough that you feel the urge to post a message about it here?

Namaste, and good luck.

Some are growers, some are show-ers. I mean seriously, why make actors read stupid posts like this and make them self conscious about doing nude scenes? Its a ridiculous double standard to have so many films with gratuitious female nudity where it doesn't belong, and absolutly no male nudity where it would do the story good. This is coming from a straight man in case anyone was wondering. America needs to lighten up. I say kudos to Eric Balfours for being brave and showing the world his all.

reply

suchislife2000, you're completely wrong about the so-called "gratuitous female nudity". Where is that in mainstream film??? That's just a B.S. feminist myth! Women usually only show their boobs, which is NON-GENITAL nudity. There are just as many movies made that show men's naked asses, which is also non-genital nudity. So non-genital nudity is about even for the male/female ratio.

The REAL double-standard comes to genital nudity. Women NEVER show their genital nudity in a mainstream movie! The most they will show is their pubic hair, which is rare. In real life most women are shaved down there but we almost never see that in a film; instead they use the bush to hide the woman's genitalia. Hollywood has even gone so far as to create a "merkin patch", which is a fake patch of pubic hair women can wear to appear nude while protecting their modesty. When a woman is actually bottomless great care is taken to avoid showing her pussy....they make sure her legs are together or the camera angle avoids showing her clitoris or labia. You never see any actual female genitalia meat in a mainstream film. This is a total double-standard because every part of the male sexual anatomy (pubic hair AND penis and testicles) is often shown. How come the penis can be shown in R-rated films but not the vagina? That's the real double-standard! Many men would like to see some anus or labia of the women....why not have the female actress in a position where HER entire anatomy can be seen too? Fair is fair. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Just as the women and homos lick to see cock, we heterosexual men would like to see some pussy. We men should be able to see a mainstream erotic movie that shows a major actress's full genitalia as well. Its only fair.

Eric Balfour didn't just show his cock and balls, he was also fully ERECT! That's like showing a woman spreading her pussy open! How come we don't get to see equally explicit FEMALE nudity? I would have loved to see a shot of Lauren Lee Smith's vulva and anus from behind. How come I didn't get any of that? I'm sick of idiots like you opening your dumb mouths about "all the gratuitous female nudity" and mindlessly parroting feminist dogma. Its crap. I can name 100 movies that were produced by Hollywood studios and given an R-rating by the MPAA that show full male genitalia (pubic hair, penis, and scrotum). Let's see you name just 5 movies that showed total female genitalia (pubic hair, clitoris, and labia) that were made by Hollywood and passed with an R-rating by the MPAA. That's the REAL sexist double standard! This film showed Eric Balfour's erect penis but no labia or anus of the female actress. Why don't the women have to show everything too?

reply

You are an idiot! Why don't you just keep your stupid, chauvinistic comments to yourself and just rent a porno. I can't imagine any REAL woman with any intelligence having much to do with something like you!

Women still show their breasts in movies? Nearly every movie I've seen recently where a girl is having sex she keeps either a bra or tshirt on because apparently they're brave enough to do the) scene in the first place but not enough to show the goods (Katherine Heigle, Kristin Bell, Milla Kunis, Elisha Cuthbert, Eliza Dushkue). Kudos to women like the lovely Julianne Moore, Amanda Seyfried, and Heather Granham for doing both.

most mainstream actresses keep tops on. Indies were the nudes at. Mila k did show herself in forgetting sara Marshall didn't she?

Why is it that most people think that the male penis needs to be big in films? Most men doen't have huge penises. I applaud Eric Balfour for showing what he's got and being brave enough to do it. It's a nice change to see soemone normal doing a nude scene and actually showing what a normal man looks like.

reply

Eric Balfour is really hot....

He's absolutely HOT!!! And who gives a dam what size his winkie is...
I have no doubt the man knows how to use it. And in my dreams, he does
quite well. :) He's got a nice bod too... a tad bit thin, but great
muscle structure and beautiful nonetheless. Very, very sexy!!!

Speaking of this scene, in the screen caps she's holding it in her hand about to go down on him, which I've never seen in a mainstream movie. Ever. Does it show her actually going down on the dude?

reply

I definitely wouldn't throw him outta bed.

"its not the size, its how you use it" From the looks of it, Mr. Balfour definitely knows how to use it. It's threads like this that make me question whether guys are really more insecure about their dicks than we girls are about our boobs. This movie was so refreshing. Finally, normal people.

reply

Errr... I thought the size was perfect... That could be just me though. Plus he is SEXY as hell. I couldn't peel my eyes off the screen. I stared a lot... :D. And I liked him... and it so much... I watched it twice! Second time right after the first. :P

reply

... at first his physicality reminded me of the greek statues with their rippling muscular torsos and their apparently small penis and scrotum, somewhat accented by the lack of pubic hair, but then, in reality, it was very real, or should i say, very normal. most men in the flaccid state have very average to small looking packages (unless they're some african porn deity). it is when they have become engorged with blood that the whole appearance changes, and you will notice in the altogether brief glimpse of when she first goes down on him on the sofa that he is indeed a more averagely endowed man. anyhow, she doesn't have a huge bust, so why single him out?? on the contrary, i found them both to exude a wonderful carnal charisma, especially her! i hope she goes on to other choice roles (not necessarily nude ones), however she's set herself a benchmark which, no doubt, producers and directors will think, yes, we need to get her, she doesn't mind semi-actual sex!
it's curious that, yes, this film shows more than most other mainstream american/canadian features, yet it still shys from being as explicit as say the "commerical" euro/uk movies "9 songs" or "romance" (neither of which were any good anyway). "lie with me" shows lauren lee smith, apparently, performing fellatio, and, eric balfour, apparently, performing cunnilingus, but the director surruptiously doesn't give the audience quite enough visual infortmation to confirm this. thus, the film manages to skirt around being labelled hardcore ... it's kinda clever, kinda intriguing, because obviously the actors were getting their faces shoved in it, but were they putting their money where their mouths were, so to speak ...?
another question that begs to be answered; i wonder if either of the two lead actors were in external relationships during the making of the film. certainly if i was the partner i'd be very uncomfrtable with them performing such explicit scenes. they're not porn stars, so partners aren't prepared for what they do, yet the director/script/contract has required them to get their hands much "dirtier" than one would anticipate in a mainstream american (albeit canadian) film.

do you mean to say a lady who does nothing in her life except watch porn, play wid herself and look for pleasure with strangers is normal?
errr cough call me crazy but thas just a tad weird
i dont have anything against the film though nor the size of his winkie as people call it. lol

reply

Only a man would make that comment. You guys have a very unrealistic outlook on what a real man should look like..I suppose all women should be size 0 with 40DD breasts.

Eric Balfour is just fine..his manhood makes for a fine display. The only person who might complain is another insecure man who would try the old fashion tactic of saying something bad about another man, to make himself look and feel better. You sound childish and foolish for this comment.

i think the original poster just made simple observation, and rightfully so.
to me, it's u guy making big deal out of it.

reply

Well, think of it this way. When was the last time you were ill, or cold? I dunno if all your wangs hang down to your ankles when you're naked in a draughty-as-hell studio surrounded by about 5 other MALES watching you screw your co-star, but I can see how this guy could have had some MAJOR shrinkage at the time of filming. Can't blame him, really - let's cut the boy some slack. Also, it seems evident that women value other things more highly in their mates, provided that the penis isn't microscopically small - primarily their looks and fitness level, how they make them feel (loved, protected, what-have-you), and of course what kind of lifestyle you lead (fun, interesting, exciting, healthy, wealthy, etc.).

And to be honest all this penis size business does amuses me so - especially since I'm an Asian man. I hear all sorts of moronic fratboy comments from white dudes about Asian men and their penises (not to mention the steady flow of ding-bat jokes from comedians, TV shows, and movies), but honestly - it seems that white guys are generally the ones most obssessed about penis size. As long as it's not super short or super skinny, there's no harm done. I don't deny that a micro-penis will hurt your sex life, but sex is also largely mental. If you make sex sensual, passionate, slow, and deliberate, you can make a woman orgasm easily and powerfully even if you aren't packin' 9, 10, 11 inches or whatever it is that you guys think constitutes an "adequate" size (those are pretty ridiculous, by the way). Oh yeah, and remember this word: FOREPLAY. I've never had a single complaint from any of the women I've slept with over the years including white and other non-Asian women, whom Asian men are supposedly 'too small' to satisfy. And I've got a standard 'six-and-a-half shooter', if you get my drift... so I don't doubt that this Balfour character can get his groove on behind closed doors too, assuming that he 'motions with the ocean' or whatever you girls call it these days.

Oh yeah... did I mention that this film is pretty good? LOL! The sex is just EVERYWHERE, but I do understand the intention of the writer-director when they chose to go that route. They wanted to show how it really is these days - sex isn't that big of a deal and people tend to make a physical connection to someone that they're attracted to (i.e. have sex), then look for a deeper, emotional connection. It's an honest and admittedly erotic look at modern relationships (plus all the 'abandonment issues' drama...).

im sorr but if you tske working and the extra traping of life out the average adult from age 16-32 would have her same schedule i mean people have alot of sexual contact throughout the day i'm no about to deny that i do. the movie centered around that thats why it seem like all she did but she had a job an parents who she did'nt like i mean she was norma but if you listen to her dialoage she admits to be addicted to sex so her character has a reason.

He's still sexy as all get out. I'd drink his bathwater any ol' day of the week.

I am a guy and have been around my share of nude men in my time. Balfour looks perfectly normal to me. In the one secene where he is shown to have an erection, assuming it is not a prosthesis, he looks perfectly proportioned. I would kill for his abs and pecs.

Dick size doesn't refer to when its inert...
People with "8 inch cocks" mean the erect size, never the flaccid size.
