Obviously the actors did not actually have sex. They are acting. As for whether that is really his dick or a prop, is open to speculation.

you are a liar for one the director of the movie himself said the sex was not simulated he said he never specifically came out and asked them to it was just expected of them and as such they actually did do it

Whatever---I love me some art films, whether the sex is thrown in or not, and usually it's done artfully anyway. If everyone hated art films so bad, they wouldn't exist and there wouldn't be a market for them.
