Swing??

That's what I would like to know... the creepy swing cliche belongs in a supernatural horror film, which this is not. The swing ruined the movie a lot for me.

No idea. Totally baffled by that part.

I remember when the first patient died the wing started moving
the second one was the doctor who had that watch on his hand so the second was after his death
simply their ghosts

The way I read into it was after the patient in room 3 dies, the "infection" begins, shown by one of the swings starting to move. Then finally when everyone in the hospital became "infected", the cycle was complete, and the last swing started swinging.
