Outsider Art in Baltimore

Anyone who is intrigued by the "outsider" art in this movie needs to make a pilgrimage to Baltimore to the American Visionary Museum. You will be amazed by the quirkiness of the artists--e.g., a room made and furnished completely by bottle caps, or a mangy stuffed dog that belonged to the artist's mother accompanied by the quote, "Mother never did like to throw anything away." It is a unique and enthralling experience.
