Does the doc address Lovelace's claim that she was forced?

From what I hear of this film (very positive, totally non-critical) it seems very one-sided. Doesn't it even touch on Linda Lovelace's assertion that she was forced to do this film? She said that every time someone watches "Deep Throat" they are participating (as spectators) to rape.

I know it's not politically correct to say anything negative about porn these days, but it's rather astounding that this alleged "documentary" doesn't address the lead actress' story of how it was made.

Yes, they do look into that somewhat, but I think they took the proper outlook, and summarized that Lovelace's problems were with her husband, not with making Deep Throat. Lovelace was a kook, who ultimately seemed to make her peace with her past before she died, and appeared on the cover of an adult magazine around 1999.

Not many agreed with Linda Lovelace that SHE was forced, they all saw her during the filming and she did what she was directed to without questioning anything.

It wasn't until the negativity of being associated with Deep Throat that Linda tried to state that everything she did and I am talking not only of Deep Throat that she was forced to do.

That's kind of strange way to continue seek attention...especially if she truly believed that she was forced into making Deep Throat, why do you think did she do all those other films especially a scene with a dog?

Deep Throat wasn't the only questionable film Linda Lovelace was a part of - just one of the more famous in many different ways!
