I do apollogise if this has already been asked but I have a question. How do I see all the other endings? Do I have to do something different than normal, or is it part of the extra features?

There are two points in the game when you're given a choice when you're Eddie. The first time is when Sam needs to get back to the bank to get her laptop. She begs you for help and says she only needs you to drive her to the bank and she'll take over. When you're given control of Eddie again, you can either keep driving to the bank with Sam or get out of the car. If you get out of the car, Sam goes to the bank on her own. If you stay in the car, you drive Sam to the bank and help her get in. That's two endings right there.
Second time you're given a choice is when the reporter Mitch fancies falls off the edge of the staircase in the depot, when the police bust in and you have to kill the big "wall-to-wall" muscle guy (Yuri, I believe?). Once you kill him, you can either run towards the reporter or you can run down the set of stairs still in tact. If you run towards the reporter, you save her life. If you run down the stairs, she falls and dies. That's the third and fourth ending.
I've frequently not been on boats.
