which coldplay song used?

hi, would be great if anyone can help me on this one - closer to the end of the show there was definitely one (if not two) parts of songs by Coldplay used, if i remember correctly, for best actor/actress in miniseries or tv film (or some other nomination). what's the title of the song? the tune seems vaguely familiar but the name escapes me...
